These Terms of Service govern your use of mevida.eu and your purchase of products from Mevida OÜ. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

OVERVIEW
Mevida OÜ is a company registered in Estonia operating the online store mevida.eu. We sell products across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

PRODUCTS
All products sold on mevida.eu are authentic Tiger Balm products sourced from authorised distributors. Product descriptions and images are for reference only. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER
Tiger Balm products are topical cosmetics intended for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

PRICING
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the final price you will be charged.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and bank transfers via Montonio. If payment fails your order will not be processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund issued.

SHIPPING
We ship to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania only. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over €40. Mevida OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 14-day return policy on unopened products in original sealed packaging. For full details see our Returns and Refunds Policy at mevida.eu/pages/returns.

FORCE MAJEURE
Mevida OÜ is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, carrier delays, or any other event outside our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on mevida.eu including images, text, and logos is owned by Mevida OÜ or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mevida OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of your order.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.

CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
