Shipping policy

DELIVERY REGIONS
We currently ship to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania only. We do not ship outside the Baltic region at this time.

DELIVERY TIME
All orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

FREE SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €40. Orders below €40 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday excluding Estonian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

PARCEL LOCKERS
We offer delivery to Omniva parcel lockers across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Select your preferred locker at checkout.

TRACKING
A tracking link will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking link within 24 hours of placing your order contact us at info@mevida.ee.

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Mevida OÜ is not liable for carrier delays.

FAILED DELIVERY
If a delivery attempt fails the parcel will be held at your nearest parcel locker or post office for collection. If uncollected within the holding period the parcel will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
