Products
All products sold on mevida.eu are sourced from authorised distributors. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Products sold on mevida.eu are intended for external use only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always read the label before use. Mevida OÜ is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from product misuse or failure to follow usage instructions.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed by email after successful payment. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other methods available at checkout. If payment fails or is declined your order will not be processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected.
Shipping
We currently ship to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over €40. Mevida OÜ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
You may return unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. To request a return contact us at info@mevida.ee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. We do not accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons. Force Majeure
Mevida OÜ shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on mevida.eu including but not limited to text, images, logos, and page designs is the property of Mevida OÜ or is used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mevida OÜ is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
