Refund policy

At Mevida we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
We only accept returns on products that are completely unopened and in their original sealed packaging. As we sell cosmetic and health products, we are unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact us at info@mevida.ee within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Do not send products back without receiving confirmation from us first.

RETURN PROCESS
Once your return request is approved we will send you a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and verify that the product is unopened and undamaged, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

CONDITIONS WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR
- Product is completely unopened with original seal intact
- Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- Product is in its original undamaged packaging
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided

CONDITIONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR
- Product has been opened or the seal is broken
- Product has been used even partially
- Return is requested after 14 days of delivery
- Product shows signs of damage caused after delivery
