14-day return policy on unopened products.
Our Return Policy
As we sell cosmetic and health products, we are only able to accept returns on products that are completely unopened and in their original sealed packaging. This policy exists for hygiene and safety reasons and applies to all products sold through Mevida. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and verify the product is unopened we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Important — Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and health safety reasons we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal. This applies regardless of the reason for return. Please check your order carefully before opening.

Contact Us Within 14 Days
Email info@mevida.ee within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Return Confirmation
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved we will send return instructions and address. Do not send products back without confirmation.

Send Back Unopened
Package the product securely in its original packaging. The seal must be completely intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Issued
Once we receive and confirm the product is unopened and undamaged your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
We Accept Returns When:
- Product is completely unopened with original seal intact
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery date
- Product is in its original undamaged packaging
- Order number or proof of purchase is provided
We Cannot Accept Returns When:
- Product has been opened or seal is broken
- Product has been used even partially
- Return requested after 14 days of delivery
- Product shows signs of damage caused after delivery
